
Hello! I'm Cathy Lynn
​
I'm a registered nurse in the province of Nova Scotia. I am currently working as the Eastern Zone Director of Perioperative & Pain Services for the the Nova Scotia Health Authority. I have been working in various roles within perioperative services for the past 12 years and I have continued to learn, grow and seek additional opportunities for professional development. My passion lies within program planning, quality improvement and policy development.
I am the mother of two boys, enjoy family time and the outdoors. In my free time my hobbies include: running, playing hockey in the winter months and golf in the summer. I invite you to follow me on my journey through the Master of Health Studies Program at Athabasca University as I utilize my e-Portfolio to document and showcase my learning, explore and maintain professional resources and reflect on the Canadian Health System.
